What is the INF Elite Travel Insurance Plan?
INF Elite Travel Accident and Sickness Insurance is our flagship insurance program for visitors to USA, Canada, or Mexico. INF Elite provides coverage for pre-existing condition, new sickness, and accidents- with no benefit waiting period . INF Elite considers only sicknesses within the last 12 months as pre-existing conditions. In addition to accident and sickness benefits, the INF Elite program include Medical Evacuation benefit, Repatriation Benefits, and Accidental Death Benefits at no additional cost.
INF Elite Travel Insurance plan provide several travel assistance related services through AXA Global Assistance. Services provided include (but not limited to): Medical Monitoring, Medical Referrals, Emergency Medical Payments, Medical Expense Guarantee, Hospital Admission Guarantee, Emergency Medical Transport, Medical Evacuation or Repatriation, Dispatch of a Doctor or Specialist, Repatriation of Remains, Family Reunion Travel Arrangements, Escort Transportation, Return of Dependent Children, Return of a Traveling Companion, Visit of a Family Member or Friend, and Replacement of Medication of Eyeglasses. These services are available only if a covered person started his/her journey and at least 100 miles away from his or her legal residence or outside of his or her home country or country of permanent assignment. The INF Elite plan is underwritten by ACE American Insurance Company, a member of the Chubb Group of Companies Additional FeaturesINF offers a Careington POS Discount Card at no additional cost to all participants of INF Elite Travel Insurance as part of its community service. This discount card provides savings on Dental, Vision, Prescription, & Hearing products & services. With the Careington Discount Card, you can expect savings of up to 50% for Dental procedures! A special feature of INF Elite Travel Insurance Plan is MeMD- a telehealth feature which allows you to get medical care from the comfort of your own home. MeMD allows you to schedule an appointment with a board-certified US-based doctor, and get medical care within 1 hour. The doctor will video or audio chat your visitor and send a prescription to your nearest pharmacy, if required. MeMD has no deductible, no cost to the policy holder, and can be used for any non life threatening new sickness or pre-existing medical conditions, without acute-onset limitation. Elite Travel Insurance Plan: An Illustration
Kevin Chon is an 87 year-old heart patient traveling to Atlanta to visit his son for 3 months. As noted in the example, the INF Elite Travel Plan covers the initial hospitalization, & out-patient follow up visits may be necessary after a sudden medical event. Often, when you experience a major medical event, follow up visits with specialist doctors are may be required. In the above illustration, the policy holder received a benefit of $19,272.80 through direct claim payment and an additional $14,951 as First Health Network discount to a total benefit of $34,223.80. First Health PPO affords you several benefits: 1) Your Insurance will be Accepted at Any In-Network Provider 2) The Insurance is billed directly, i.e. "Cashless Claims." This means you do not have to pay the medical bill & wait for reimbursement. 3) You will have access to discounted medical rates. Save money & hassle when visiting a health care provider with the INF Elite Travel Insurance Plan. The First Health Provider Network is a nationwide group of doctors & hospitals which offer discounted, pre-negotiated rates for medical services. As members of INF Visitor Insurance & by enrolling in the INF Elite Travel Insurance Plan, you are eligible to receive these discounted rates if you seek medical care from an In-Network Provider. Visiting an In-Network health care provider allows for cashless claims. Typically, some insurance plans are not accepted by hospitals or require the policy holder to pay upfront (which could be thousands of dollars) and submit a claims for later.
