What is the INF Premier Insurance Plan?

The Premier Plan is one of the INF's flagship Insurance programs for Visitors to the United States. This plan cover pre-existing conditions, as per the terms and conditions listed in the policy up to the pre-existing condition maximum. This means out-patient, specialist, urgent care, and in-patient services are all covered by this plan for pre-existing conditions as well as for new sicknesses, & accidents for usual and customary charges for medically necessary covered expenses incurred, up to policy sublimits and benefit maximums, after any applicable deductibles have been met. This plan is available for age 0-99, and enrollment can be completed Online or by completing a paper application. The program has been offered for more than 30 years by INF as part of its commitment to service for the community. INF Premier Accident & Sickness Insurance plan provide several travel assistance related services through AXA Global Assistance. Services provided include (but not limited to): Medical Monitoring, Medical Referrals, Emergency Medical Payments, Medical Expense Guarantee, Hospital Admission Guarantee, Emergency Medical Transport, Medical Evacuation or Repatriation, Dispatch of a Doctor or Specialist, Repatriation of Remains, Family Reunion Travel Arrangements, Escort Transportation, Return of Dependent Children, Return of a Traveling Companion, Visit of a Family Member or Friend, and Replacement of Medication of Eyeglasses. These services are available only if a covered person started his/her journey and at least 100 miles away from his or her legal residence or outside of his or her home country or country of permanent assignment. ​With INF Premier Plan- you are covered to the maximum sublimits and benefit maximums, after any applicable deductibles have been met. Premier Visitor Health Insurance Program will cover medical appointments or follow-up appointments related to a pre-existing condition. This is a discount card and not part of Insurance policy. MeMD allows you to schedule an appointment with a board-certified US-based doctor, and get medical care within 1 hour. The doctor will video or audio chat your visitor and send a prescription to your nearest pharmacy, if required. MeMD has no deductible, no cost to the policy holder, and can be used for any non life threatening new sickness or pre-existing medical conditions, without acute-onset limitation.

INF Premier Plan: An Illustration
Rahul Kapadia is a 66 year-old grandfather who lives in Surat, India. He is traveling to the United States for his granddaughters wedding, and will be staying for 3 months.
